Juli Benson

Meet Juli

Hi, I am Juli.

As a coach, I am passionate about helping busy individuals, like you, achieve their fitness goals. I create custom training plans that work with any schedule whether you are a new runner that wants to get in shape, you want to win your age group in the next 10K, or complete a half marathon. I welcome runners of all levels to get in touch with me to see how I can help you reach your goals!

If you are a high school runner and want to find the best college fit for you, I can help you with that as well. Having coached in the NCAA for many years, I can partner with you and help you navigate the ever-changing NCAA college recruiting process. I can help you gain a better understanding of NCAA Recruiting rules, Financial Aid/Scholarships, NCAA Official visits and connect you with NCAA Division I, II and III coaches. I will be there from the beginning of the recruiting process, through each official visit, until the final college decision is made.

“I was a D1 athlete over a decade ago and within months of joining Juli’s team in 2017, I began chasing down old PRs and setting new ones. At 34 years old, I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Juli’s coaching which allows me to maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle as a working professional and still keep my competitive edge!”

“Just a note to let you know how appreciative we (and Robert) are for both your coaching training techniques & ideas as well as your advice in the college process. The professional respect you garner and your long standing relationships with the college coaches was evident in the process with Robert. This was especially true this year with a truncated spring season. Thank you for being there for him and being both his trainer and advocate”
